Once our team has begun processing your order and initiating your campaign, we can no longer offer a refund. All trial orders are considered final and are non-refundable.

If we haven't started your order yet, you can easily cancel it for a full refund:

- Find the order you want to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel Order" button and follow the simple on-screen instructions.
Our team will process your request, and the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please note it can take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
What if there's a problem with the service?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you believe the service delivered does not match what was described, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the campaign's completion.
We will investigate the issue thoroughly. If we find a significant error or failure to deliver on our part, we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.
